WARRANTY National Electronics warrants, for the period and subject to the conditions noted below, to the Original Purchaser that the Company's hardware is free from defects in workmanship or material under normal use and service. This warranty commences on the date of delivery of the hardware to the Original Purchaser. National Electronics will at its sole option, repair or exchange this product with a new or comparable refurbished product, free of charge as follows: One Year Parts/ One Year Labor* Fixed CCTV cameras, Color and B&W CRT Monitors, Video Switchers, Video Multiplexers, Digital Video Recorders* *Digital Video Recorders National Electronics does not provide data recovery services and neither the cost of recovering data from the hard disk drives, nor the value of any data which cannot be recovered, is covered under warranty. Out of Warranty Repair National Electronics offers a 90 day limited warranty* on parts replaced out of the (1) one year warranty. Service Carry-in or mail-in service in the USA and Canada can be obtained during the warranty period by bringing or shipping your product to any National Electronics Authorized Service center. If a warranty repair is required, the customer must contact National Electronics at 1-866-579-2288 or www.nationalcctv.com to be directed to the nearest Authorized National Electronics Service center in order to obtain a Repair Authorization number (RA), and provide the following information:
This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. A purchase receipt or other proof of date of original purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered. If you ship the product, carefully pack it and send it prepaid, adequately insured and preferably in its original carton. Attach a postage paid letter, detailing your complaint, to the outside of the carton. This warranty covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship which occur during normal use. It does not cover damage which occurs in shipment or failures which are caused by products not supplied by National Electronics or failures which result from alteration, unusual physical, electrical or mechanical stress, failure of electric power, air conditioning, humidity control, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, faulty installation, operation with media not approved by the National Electronics, maladjustment of user controls, improper maintenance, modification or service by anyone other than an Authorized National Electronics Service center, or damage that is attributable to acts of God. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS There are no express warranties except as listed above. NATIONAL ELECTRONICS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES NOTED ABOVE ARE EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDE ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND/OR IMPLIED INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, USE OR APPLICATION AND FOR ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ON THE PART OF NATIONAL ELECTRONICS. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. |
